Build and manage relationships with small-business clients, assess their financial needs, and recommend Wells Fargo banking, credit, treasury, and digital services.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients, typically with $500K to $2MM in annual sales, across onboarding, relationship development, and client acquisition.
- Assess clients’ goals and operations to provide tailored financial recommendations and connect them with appropriate products and digital services.
- Prospect and network for referrals, collaborate with internal partners, and coordinate complex lending needs with Relationship Managers and Lending Officers.
