Manages and grows a portfolio of small-business clients by assessing their needs, recommending banking solutions, and developing client relationships and referrals.
What you'll do
- Own the client journey, from onboarding and relationship growth to acquiring new business clients.
- Analyze clients’ goals and financial needs and recommend suitable accounts, credit, treasury services, and digital tools.
- Prospect and network for referrals, and partner with Relationship Managers and Lending Officers on complex structures.
