Build and grow relationships with small business clients by managing their banking needs, recommending financial products, and acquiring new customers.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of business clients, owning the client journey from onboarding through relationship growth and new-client acquisition.
- Assess client needs and recommend business accounts, credit, treasury services, and digital banking solutions.
- Prospect and network for referrals, collaborate with internal partners, and coordinate complex lending needs with Relationship Managers and Lending Officers.
