Build and grow relationships with small business banking clients by managing their portfolios, assessing financial needs, recommending solutions, and acquiring new customers.
What you'll do
- Manage client portfolios and the client journey, from onboarding through relationship growth and new-client acquisition.
- Assess business clients’ goals and needs, and recommend banking, credit, treasury, and digital solutions.
- Prospect and network for referrals, collaborate with banking partners, and support complex lending structures within risk guidelines.
