About the job
Build and grow relationships with small business banking clients by managing their financial needs, recommending Wells Fargo products, and developing new business.
What you'll do
- Manage the full client journey for a portfolio of business clients, from onboarding and relationship growth to acquiring new clients.
- Assess clients’ goals and operations, recommend suitable financial solutions, and provide business accounts, credit, treasury services, and digital tools.
- Prospect and build referral relationships; coordinate with Relationship Managers and Lending Officers on complex structures and risk guidelines.
