Build and grow relationships with small-business banking clients by managing their financial needs, recommending products and services, and acquiring new clients.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of business clients, guiding them from onboarding through relationship growth and new-client acquisition.
- Assess clients’ goals and operations and recommend suitable financial products, credit, treasury services, and digital tools.
- Prospect and build referral relationships, while partnering with Relationship Managers and Lending Officers on complex needs.
