About the job
Originates mortgage loans from assigned bank branches, advises customers on mortgage products, and supports them through the application and loan origination process.
What you'll do
- Generate and process mortgage loan applications; review rates and terms within guidelines.
- Contact prospective and existing customers, assess their needs, explain mortgage programs, and provide ongoing service.
- Partner with branch and fulfillment teams; coach branch employees on mortgage products and processes.
