- Lead the FCM Compliance Program and provide risk-based guidance to senior Markets and Front Office leaders.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing compliance team.
- Partner with Legal, Audit, Risk, and regulators to identify emerging risks and strengthen compliance frameworks and processes.
