What you'll do
- Own product vision, requirements, prioritization, and delivery for Leads and Referrals, New Associate, ServiceNow, Salesforce Mobile, Commercial and CIB referrals, and WIM client relationships.
- Coordinate across business, Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, and other stakeholders; manage delivery challenges and ensure alignment with regulatory and enterprise requirements.
- Support onboarding, training, change readiness, adoption, and ongoing product performance.
