Leads the strategy, roadmap, team, and delivery of enterprise field compensation products across advisor channels, ensuring compliant, transparent, and effective solutions.
What you'll do
- Manage Product Managers and lead end-to-end compensation product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
- Coordinate with business, control, and technology partners; oversee development, delivery, governance, and field readiness.
- Monitor compensation metrics, modernize processes and tools, and make senior-level decisions on tradeoffs and priorities.
