What you'll do
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, follow up, and explain Wells Fargo mortgage products and programs.
- Assess customer needs, recommend mortgage loan products, and help resolve more complex situations involving applications, pricing, or rate locks.
- Coordinate with fulfillment partners and maintain timely customer communication throughout origination.
