What you'll do
- Coach and manage the sales activities, performance, and development of Mortgage Retail Sales Consultants.
- Build referral relationships and produce loans that meet Wells Fargo Home Mortgage guidelines while managing customer pipelines and service quality.
- Allocate team resources, resolve supervisory and operational issues, and ensure compliance and risk controls.
