- Build external referral relationships and produce high-quality loans that meet Wells Fargo Home Mortgage guidelines.
- Manage staff selection and development, resources, customer issues, and risk and compliance responsibilities.

Pay
Hourly base pay rate that meets or exceeds applicable minimum wage requirements, with the opportunity to earn additional commission; all pay complies with applicable minimum wage laws.
