Supports customers’ everyday banking needs by building relationships, opening accounts, processing transactions, and connecting customers with suitable products, services, and digital tools.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, discover financial needs, and recommend or refer customers to relevant banking solutions.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions while following compliance and risk controls.
