Supports customers’ everyday banking needs by building relationships, opening accounts, processing transactions, and connecting customers with appropriate financial products and specialists.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships and identify needs through conversations and proactive outreach; recommend relevant products and make referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications, and perform cash handling and teller transactions.
- Provide accurate, compliant service using digital tools and collaborate with branch teammates on customer handoffs.
