Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, opening accounts, processing transactions, and connecting customers with relevant products, services, and digital tools.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships and identify needs through conversations and proactive outreach; recommend relevant solutions and referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications, and process cash transactions accurately.
- Deliver compliant service, use digital banking tools, and coordinate with branch teammates and specialists.
