Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, opening accounts, processing transactions, and connecting customers with suitable products and services.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and recommend relevant banking solutions or referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions.
- Deliver accurate, compliant service and collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate customer support.
