About the job
Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, opening accounts, processing transactions, and connecting customers with relevant products and specialists.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, understand their needs, and recommend relevant banking products, services, and digital tools.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications; handle cash and process teller transactions accurately.
- Promote branch growth through outreach and referrals while following compliance and risk controls and coordinating with teammates.
