Build customer relationships and support everyday banking needs through product guidance, account services, referrals, cash handling, and compliant branch service.
What you'll do
- Engage customers to understand their needs and connect them with relevant banking products, services, and digital tools; identify opportunities and make referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications, and process cash transactions accurately.
- Deliver compliant customer service, manage risk within defined controls, and coordinate with branch teammates and specialists.
