Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, recommending relevant solutions, processing transactions, and assisting with accounts and credit applications.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and connect customers with banking products, services, and digital tools.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions while following compliance and risk controls.
- Make appropriate referrals and coordinate with branch teammates to deliver seamless service.
