Build customer relationships in a branch, support everyday banking transactions and applications, and connect customers with appropriate products, services, and digital tools while meeting compliance standards.
What you'll do
- Discuss customer needs and refer them to relevant banking products, services, and specialists.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions.
- Conduct proactive customer outreach and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver compliant service.
