Build customer relationships in a branch by supporting everyday banking, opening accounts, processing transactions, and connecting customers with appropriate products and specialists.
What you'll do
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant banking products, services, digital tools, and referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions.
