Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in branches by building relationships, identifying suitable banking solutions, processing transactions, and making referrals.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, assess needs, and connect customers with relevant products, services, digital tools, or specialists.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications; handle cash and process teller transactions accurately.
- Promote appropriate referrals and growth while following compliance, operational, and risk controls.
