Supports customers with everyday banking in a branch, including relationship building, account services, referrals, and cash transactions.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, discover needs, and connect customers with relevant banking products, services, and digital tools.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, and teller-line cash transactions while meeting compliance standards.
- Identify opportunities and make appropriate referrals, collaborating with branch teammates and specialists.
