Supports customers’ everyday banking needs by building relationships, opening accounts, processing transactions, and connecting customers with relevant products and specialists.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and recommend relevant banking products, services, and referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions.
- Deliver compliant service, use digital tools, and coordinate with branch teammates.
