Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, handling transactions, and connecting customers with appropriate products, services, and digital tools.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, understand their needs, and refer them to relevant banking products, services, or specialists.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications; perform cash handling and teller transactions.
- Deliver accurate, compliant service and collaborate with branch teammates to provide a seamless customer experience.
