Supports customers’ everyday banking needs through relationship-building, account services, cash transactions, and referrals to appropriate financial products and specialists.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, identify financial needs, and connect customers with relevant products, services, digital tools, and referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications; process cash transactions accurately and compliantly.
- Collaborate with branch teammates and use digital tools to deliver consistent customer service while following risk controls.
