About the job
Build customer relationships in a branch by supporting everyday banking, opening accounts, processing transactions, and connecting customers with relevant products and services.
What you'll do
- Engage customers to understand their needs and refer them to appropriate banking products, services, or specialists.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, and cash-handling transactions while following compliance standards.
