Build customer relationships at a branch by assisting with account and service requests, explaining banking options, and connecting customers with suitable products and services.
What you'll do
- Proactively engage customers, build relationships, and propose appropriate products, services, and digital solutions.
- Assist with account openings, service requests, and credit applications; maintain and balance a cash drawer as needed.
- Refer customers to other bankers and partners and follow applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
