Build customer relationships in a branch by addressing everyday banking needs, connecting customers with appropriate products and services, and supporting branch growth and operations.
What you'll do
- Conduct customer conversations and outreach to identify needs, recommend relevant solutions, and make referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions while following compliance standards.
- Use digital tools and collaborate with branch teammates to provide consistent customer service.
