About the job
Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, connecting customers to financial products and services, and processing transactions.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and recommend or refer customers to relevant banking products, services, and specialists.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, and cash-handling transactions while meeting compliance standards.
- Use digital banking tools and collaborate with branch teammates to provide customer service.
