Supports customers’ everyday banking needs through relationship-building, account services, cash transactions, and referrals to appropriate financial products and specialists.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and connect customers with relevant banking products, services, and digital tools.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications; handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Follow risk and compliance controls and coordinate with branch teammates to deliver seamless customer service.
