Supports customers with everyday banking needs, builds relationships, recommends relevant products and services, and processes branch transactions while meeting compliance standards.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and connect customers with banking products, services, digital tools, and referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions.
- Deliver accurate, compliant service and coordinate with branch teammates and specialists.
