Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, opening accounts, processing transactions, and connecting customers with relevant products and specialists.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, understand needs, and recommend or refer customers to appropriate banking products, services, and specialists.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, and cash-handling transactions while meeting compliance standards.
- Use digital tools and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver customer service and support branch growth.
