Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, recommending relevant products and services, processing transactions, and helping with account openings and credit applications.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships and identify needs through conversations and proactive outreach; connect customers with appropriate banking solutions and specialists.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications, and perform cash handling and teller transactions.
- Provide accurate, compliant service, use digital tools to support customers, and collaborate with branch teammates.

- Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
