Supports customers’ everyday banking needs by building relationships, recommending suitable products and services, and handling account, credit, and teller transactions in a branch.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, assess needs, and connect customers with relevant banking products, services, digital tools, and referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions while following compliance standards.
- Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver customer service and coordinate handoffs to specialists.
