Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, processing transactions, opening accounts, and connecting customers with suitable products, services, and digital tools.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, discover needs, and make appropriate product connections and referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions.
- Provide accurate, compliant service and collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate customer support.
