Build customer relationships in a branch by supporting everyday banking, connecting customers with suitable products and services, and processing transactions accurately and compliantly.
What you'll do
- Understand customer needs and recommend banking products, services, digital tools, and referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions.
- Follow risk and compliance controls and coordinate with branch teammates for customer handoffs.
