Supports customers with everyday banking needs in a branch, builds customer relationships, and connects customers to appropriate products, services, and digital tools.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and refer customers to relevant banking solutions or specialists.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions.
- Deliver accurate, compliant service while collaborating with branch teammates and using digital tools.
