About the job
Supports customers with everyday banking needs, builds relationships, recommends appropriate products and services, and handles branch transactions and account support.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, understand needs, and connect customers with relevant banking products, services, and digital tools.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions while following compliance and risk controls.
- Identify opportunities and make referrals, coordinate with branch teammates, and provide accurate, high-quality customer service.
