An Associate Personal Banker supports customers’ everyday banking needs, builds relationships, recommends relevant solutions, and processes transactions in a branch setting.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, understand needs, and connect customers with banking products, services, and digital tools.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, referrals, and branch growth.
- Handle cash and teller transactions while providing accurate, compliant service and coordinating with branch teammates.
