Supports customers’ everyday banking needs through relationship-building, account services, referrals, cash transactions, and compliant use of digital tools.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, understand needs, and connect customers with relevant banking products, services, and digital tools.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications; process cash transactions accurately and in compliance with operational standards.
- Identify opportunities and make appropriate referrals, collaborate with branch teammates, and follow risk controls.
