About the job
Supports customers with everyday banking needs, builds relationships, recommends suitable products and services, and processes branch transactions in compliance with operational standards.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, understand needs, and connect customers with relevant banking products, services, digital tools, and referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions.
- Follow risk and compliance controls and coordinate with branch teammates to provide seamless service.
