About the job
An Associate Personal Banker supports customers’ everyday banking needs, builds relationships, recommends relevant banking solutions, and processes branch transactions in compliance with risk controls.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, learn their needs, and connect them with appropriate products, services, digital tools, or specialists.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions.
- Promote branch growth through outreach and referrals while providing accurate, compliant service and collaborating with teammates.
