Supports customers’ everyday banking needs through relationship-building, account services, credit applications, cash transactions, and referrals to appropriate banking specialists.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, understand their needs, and connect them with relevant banking products, services, and digital tools.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions while meeting compliance standards.
- Identify opportunities for referrals and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver a seamless customer experience.
