Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, opening accounts, processing transactions, and connecting customers with relevant products and services.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and connect customers with banking products, services, and specialists through conversations and outreach.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications; handle cash and teller transactions accurately and compliantly.
- Collaborate with branch teammates and use digital tools to deliver customer service while following risk controls.
