Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, recommending relevant solutions, processing transactions, and ensuring compliant service.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, understand their needs, and connect them with banking products, services, digital tools, or referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, cash handling, and teller transactions.
- Follow risk and compliance controls and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver seamless customer service.
