Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, recommending relevant banking solutions, processing transactions, and maintaining compliant service.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, understand their needs, and connect them with relevant products, services, and digital tools.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications; handle cash and process teller transactions.
- Identify opportunities and make referrals while following risk controls and collaborating with branch teammates.
