Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, opening accounts, processing transactions, and connecting customers with relevant products and services.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships and identify needs through conversations and proactive outreach; make appropriate referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications, and perform cash handling and teller transactions.
- Deliver accurate, compliant service while using digital tools and collaborating with branch teammates.
