Supports customers with everyday banking needs, builds relationships, recommends relevant products and services, and handles transactions while following operational and compliance standards.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships and identify needs through conversations and proactive outreach; connect customers with appropriate products, services, and referrals.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications; perform cash handling and teller transactions.
- Use digital tools, collaborate with branch teammates, and deliver accurate service within defined risk controls.
